i had 3 frigging plates of salmon sashimi of that portion! i took them like no tomorrow it was so yummy omg... :x *ahem* that smallish pile was actually seabass sashimi. unique, as i'd previously been tasting salmon. but the salmon was wonderful! i guess i'd recovered my share of the per pax price we had to pay by the 2nd plate. but i'd also had some baked potato (with the skins still on), some seafood omelette, chocolate cake, chocolate fondue marshmallow, baked chicken wrapped in pandan leaves... i guess i'd had my fill. and fortunately the raw salmon was fresh (i think) so despite my parents worrying for me i felt fine. *ahem* i believe everyone in the family enjoyed themselves. everyone went, less rachie cos she was feeling sick :(
well she wasn't really sick. she lied that she went to see the doctor. turns out she went to buy an oven and baked me a birthday cake!!! awwwwwwww she was so sweet~ and the cake was sweet too, chocolate pound cake, chocolate mmm... and it tasted better than when i was helping out xD
but hey i didn't fall behind too far either ok! i made us a calendar each! xD
hehe it's got our birthdays on it and the major public holidays in sg... AND it also has this stand to support it behind. :P
