i can't any article online related to this piece of news, but the snippet on tv (channel u) mentioned this.
when the taiwanese government put up a job opening for a pest exterminator (aka rat catcher), there were 20 applicants for the one job! of which included a couple of ladies, and also an IT manager! none had prior experience with the dirty deed. wtf?!
