i attended my second remedial training today. yeah, 'cos i'd failed my physical test last year... not surprising though, considering i only took it once, during my ict. my first session was just this last sunday. waking up at 8am is not very fun. but fortunately the first session was mostly briefing and yak yak yak by the instructors and stuff.
today was a little different. everyone definitely had a small pail of sweat put to them for the few hours we were there. of course for me at least i'd want to make it worth my time since we've to be there anyway. aching here there and everywhere now... i'm lucky they didn't use the full 4 hours of our time. i doubt anyone can last that long with the training to undergo.

it's nearing the end of the month YET again... so work is piling up once more. a deadly routine if you must. i'll just grin and bear it thank you very much.
