then i paid the gas bill. freaking $399.95... we don't have a clue how we totaled that much. but we paid it anyway. ah heck. troublesome to find out what happened. but it's a lot. in fact we believe it to be too much. but screw it. we're leaving anyway.
our project supervisor met with us today. just the 2 of us. in a surprising turn of events, it seems the assessor and her buay gum. apparently the assessor had a past history of trying to kope the inside scoop on some projects of our supervisor. bad. so she'd requested for a change of assessor to avoid... conflicts. didn't expect such politicking to occur in academia ya... and apparently she'd been aware of the fact that we'd been doing most of the work in the project anyway. but jason let out his steam telling the problems we've been having in the group to her. hahaha... =x
have you ever come across some people, who are... less than useful? the kind that bums around without an occupation and doesn't seem interested in making extra effort in looking for one, for a long stretch of time? i know of one. what should be done with/to this kind of people? without getting violent or ... "advice-ish".
the only thing possible i can think up of for now is to look for somebody who wants to hire this person, and look the person up at his home or anywhere he frequents. then offer him that job. then the scenario can go one of 2 ways. a helpful way and a cek ark way.
- helpful way: really recommend him the job, not so high position of course. something he really *can* do.
- cek ark way: aka a prank.
- hire him, and give him things beyond his abilities. and fire him. with denigrative/less-than-helpful criticisms.
- ask him to attend the interview, and say stuff that indicates the head hunter made a mistake and he was not qualified for the job at all, and shoos him away.
