it was shiok!

i'm here to talk about yesterday. about my only lesson yesterday. it was a lab lesson in the morning. there were 3 tasks to complete.

so i began working on the first task, mostly pseudo codes that's not suppose to work. just bits of codes. and answering some theoretical questions.

then came the second part. it was half hour into the start of the lesson. apparently this concept was more familiar to me, inheritance of class objects. so i started typing out some stuff and strangely i knew what to do! i was happy. applying a bit of logic stuff from java into this C++ implementation, i had to type out "abstract" classes and "child" classes and things like that. of course i was referring to the lecture slides as well. i took probably about an hour and i tried compiling it. it seemed i had not a lot of errors. had to consult the tutors twice or so (to me not counted as a lot ba... if not i'd have kept asking them more frequently than that) and it compiled nicely! then had to sort out some bugs and it ran nicely. sweet. and by then i had about 15mins left to the end of the lesson. the tutor came around to mark, saw me with my task 2 and was pleased. so he marked me and left me alone. i was still mucking around (others who he had marked had left already) and he came back to mark another guy beside me.

"and are you done with yours yet?" he asked me when he was done with that guy. "oh it's you i thought i marked you already!" well ok he said something to that effect. he was basically asking what was i doing still hanging around haha... hrmm so yeah that's the whole story. pointless yes, amused me definitely, entertain you probably it won't.
