thank goodness for petrol kiosks in the world! can't imagine what people would do without these man! they are stationed all over the island at strategic locations so people can refuel, refresh and relieve themselves. i'm so glad they are in existence. because, without them, people like me who very often have a sudden urge to do a number 2 in the toilet would otherwise be looking for secluded spots in the bushes to do my business in. why yes, i guess i really am full of shit now that i think about it. i was so sure that the auntie i'd begged for toilet paper (they didn't have any inside can you believe it?!) over the counter in that petrol kiosk must have been half pitying and half mocking me when she passed me the small bundle of paper. and to think that there was a small queue of people waiting somemore! >_<" so embarassing. but boy am i glad we have petrol kiosks in singapore.
in other news, my dad just bought an Akira brand tv which was a "re-conditioned" display set at a supposedly bargain price at their warehouse sale today. we travelled all the way to the west for it mind you. they had their warehouse sale in their supposedly hq main building which was conveniently located just beside the IMM building. i can't say much for their service, but the crowd was sure a big one. i could hardly feel the aircon in there. IMM, however, had a refreshing look with it. it's been a while since i last went so the interior was rather new to me.
i can say i was lazing about at home today. rach was working at the singapore expo so i stayed home alone. sure feels good to recharge after a week's working in the office.
*no crows are gonna poo on me head*
