nah it wasn't. i took 2 flu pills (the 2nd one 4hrs after the first of course) before bed last night, turned in (a little) earlier than usual. i think i dreamt of work, and dreamt of solving the problems at work. it was freaky but i didn't sleep good from that.
my day at work was hectic but slack. how's that sound? there's a load of stuff to work on, here, there, everywhere. things popping in ever so often. but i still manage to step back for a bit every once so often so as not to pressure myself too much.
i had a feeling today, that the police had received some sort of tip-off. just a hunch of course. but i was conjecturing that they were on higher alert than usual. even just now, i noticed 2 traffic police on their bikes coming in to patrol my dead-end street. not surprising, since the elections are just around the corner. so be it external or internal factors, they probably have a good reason to tighten their watch around this period of time.
