getting organised

i hope i'm well organised enough. the task B was kinda completed for now... to be set aside until the start of May. so i'm probably getting back to task A to continue my stuff on it around tomorrow. and as fate had it, we had a necessity for this task A to literally be ready to run by the 1st of May! goodness... at least my superior had the sense to ask me if it was really possible to complete it by then. it would be a bit risky, but possible, i acknowledged. given that i'd done about 60% of this task A, i have around 3 working weeks to work on the remaining 30%, and a few days after that (aka the fourth week) to play around with to runs tests on it for finishing touches. but you know what people say... you'll spend 10% of the time completing 90% of the work, and the remaining 90% of the time completing the last 10% of the work.

i'm coping good so far, and not really foreseeing any OT yet. i come to work on the dot and leave somewhat later anyway. not beneficial for morale, neither for my eyes to work for extended hours in a day.

remember i'd mentioned my parents bought this AntiMos mosquito repellent gel thing last week or something? i just discovered something about it. all this while, i'd left it unopened, THINKING that i'd opened it. it has a layer of thin aluminium foil over it that i'd poked holes in to let the smell come out, thinking that's how it should be used. i just found out for myself, that the foil should have been ripped and thrown away, to reveal this plastic COVER over the actual contents. and that the cover should have been REMOVED. @#$% no wonder we (my brother too) say it's not working for us... because it hasn't been opened yet! gosh how much more sillier can we get?! @##@#$@$%@%%$!
