Water experts say Singapore can become world's water hub

wah liew a bit far fetched lor. sg becoming world-class water desalination technology exporter. but i guess it's typical lah. sg always try to stay ahead and generate new sources of income. it would be good that we sell technology out before others get to where we are now.
