faq

little known info bit about me: sometimes when i stretch or adjust my limbs, the joints make popping sounds, similar to that when i crack my knuckles. this sound can occur
  • at my hip/leg joint, when i do groin stretching (putting my soles together)
  • knee joints, when i bend or squat
  • elbow joints, when i happen to stretch my arms
  • neck, when i do neck rotation and jerk suddenly in the opposite direction
  • ankle joints, when i rotate my ankles
  • big toe joints, when i stretch and they feel irritated (aka needs popping) i curl up my big toe and push my foot forward
  • spine, rarely, but it happens, when i stretch my back
ok so that was too much info. and some people will probably tell me i need more calcium. but yeah haha that's the little bit of info. maybe too much. xD
