here's the whole article in short incomprehensible short sentences.
uni kid bought mswindows, officexp from uni. aka cheaper. decided not to use and wanted to return unopened.
uni doesn't accept. microsoft has 30day return policy. took 34 days to reply.
kid sells mswindows on ebay, earns a bit. sells officexp, gets pulled down because of lawyer request.
gets sued. counterclaimed. 37 counterclaims between 4 lawyers and uni kid there after. settled out of court.
lawyers lost face in a sense...?
