new issue. on top of the rechargeable batteries i'm hunting for. my parents are considering to drop the Maxonline1500 we have currently. (they also wish to reduce the cable tv groups to the minimum too...) after i fly off... since the maxonline expires on 5th Feb(i fly on the 6th damn it!)
after some consideration about the singtel jetpack(be it the 30hrs free or 200MB free) options, they decided to settle for the Maxonline Flexisurf. jetpack requires $42 registration fee. and we buy our own ADSL modem, costs about $80+ or more from Sim Lim Sq. ok the Flexisurf scheme's a bit dumb. but seems ok for our case.
we have already paid for our cable modem. we own it. so if we don't use it we loogi also. cos otherwise after the term expires it'll be useless. the flexisurf scheme costs $2.50/day. the minimum is you use for 5 days straight. means everytime you use, it'll be active for 5 consecutive days after you pay starhub $12.50 from a credit card. if you use on the 6th day it's another $12.50... and it'll be active for that next 5 days. i called up their hotline but the girl was as clueless as i am. my brother had a better picture.
oh well counting down 18 days to go? i'm getting this kinda feeling like you are in a very long queue to take a poo. the queue takes 18 days to reach the end of it just so i get to poo and get on to the next stage. i hope i don't mess things up. sometimes i feel like a ball of nerves just thinking about getting on with live down udder. moo... can't imagine living with cows down udder.
*i'm really HAPPY today! -muacks-*
