we had steamboat!

ok so it wasn't a big deal. NOT an outing. jus a simple meal.

picked up rachel, then shan (all the way to NTU after she knocks off, on account of her knowing me so long... keke... plus she offer treat me dinner+kopi ma... XD haha), then the banyan tree lady (henceforth referred to as BTL, since on the way back to town) and drop by Ikea for shan's cardboard boxes and $1 dogs. yay BTL treat the hotdogs. but still hungry. headed to suntec and while shan n BTL went to check out some cute hammies and wabbits, rach n i rv with obie n icgrl. everyone greeted tnim as if she owned suntec, and we went to makan the suntec joaquim steamboat. everyone had their fill. shan made some observations with the clam food tt she fed with the tomyum soup. =_= HAHAHAHA

next stop, mysecretgarden. hmm i might consider organising birthday parties there. ^^ ice mocha courtesy of shan, thanks! ^^ tok cok until 11+ and packed up for homestead. hmm... shan had these cardboard boxes which were quite a handful haa...

hmm dun frown at me lidat la ppl... the topic was on for 1-2days in #tp leh... anyway dun worry i'm sure there'll be another meal outing(i'd call it mealing but it's just weird) soon i believe.

today was my 2nd time driving thru NTU. i can't remember if i went there before in the first place but everything seemed pretty familiar. minus the fact that my live firing days in the army included the area behind the uni. but i sure get a kick out of the students gawking at my car. muahaha... i'm vain.

i think i need another haircut.

oh by the way, i must praise the BTL for having dressed very nicely today. shiny shiny green top and all. shan had on a comfy knitted sleeveless sweater. and i think being the first time i'd met icgrl, she looked real vibrant despite being *ahem* not so warmed up to us yet. ya i know. most ppl dun get used to my idiotic sense of humour the first time round. usually.

i'm hoping to get $ from my friend soon. haha... he seems ok with the way i made his website. ok la it's not the content. more of the creation of the template that his guys can use without much hassle on their own, the overall layout, plus abit of scripting to fancify-up his webby. lol fancify-up. never heard of it either. but sounds logical doesn't it? beauty, beautify. fancy, fancify. i wan marni. maybe i'd appreciate if i get lots of $ for my birthday. my bank is drying up. ya i know, i've been complaining that it's drying up for a long time, but seriously it is... i'm seeing more zeroes than i did last time. hmm... somehow that last phrase about the zeroes get me a feeling i'll get shot at... but oh well...
