i went for an interview

you mean i forgot to mention? i was so sure i did. ok nvm here's the aftermath. i found out it's $6.50/hr(or per 2hrs if they like what i do) temp job. all i have to do is sit in front of a pc whole day listening to songs.

no, really! and repeatedly listen to the songs. the job scope supposed to require me listening for when the song starts/stops the singer/music/silence those kinda stuff. and they probably allow me to work from home too... hehe... so i'll make about $325 conservatively speaking from one assignment. yeah they've got different assignments. different projects. different type of stuff to listen to. ho hum...

anyway if i were to really go down to work (after they confirm me the job) i'll burn petrol like no tomorrow. so it'd be wonderful to be able to work at home at my own pace. and when i'm done i'll send it over to them. ah... the convenience of technology.

i guess $6.50 isn't a lot. comments anybody? it's part time lo... and compared to my holiday job in sec sch @ $2.50 it's a big diff harhar... yes go ahead and laugh i did office boy before! well not quite. i don't know what you would call it. i did data entry for them and run errands outside. gee hope yr jaw don't drop yet. there's more. i also pretty much helped look after a cybercafe aka LAN shop in a community center. and owing to the lack of customers there back then, i wasted my time away there surfing away happily. real slacker of a job.

oh yeah back to this new job. if i do get it. i'll get a bit more $$$ then can go out with you guys more V^_^ hahaha... so if i manage to get hold of more than one such similar jobs that allow me to work from home of sorts, wow ain't life great? for a part-timer it's a dream. hohoho... ok i'll dream on.

wish me luck for tomorrow. i just cut my hair in the morning. cos apparently i shouldn't wash my hair for the next few days after the operation. and long hair = icky on me. esp if i don't wash 'em daily. so yes back to my short hair for now. it's damn warm lately anyway. not that i miss army. but it's true it's more practical to have short hair for guys. sweat and stuff. dries faster too.

really ah. i do get slight flustered worrying about the op. i'm worried about going blind okay? these sorta things you never know. sekali got thunderstorm outside when i'm in the operation room and the freak lightning bolt causes a power surge in the laser that's currently flashing at my eye and *ZAP* the laser shoots right through and burns a hole in the ceramic tile on the ground 2 floors below. and my brain gets a shortchanged of a few neuron cells, the back of my skull gets slightly chipped and u can shine a light through my eye to the back of my head...
"hey i can make a charlie brown puppet from here!"

:P
so much for optimism.
